Mt Maria College are proud to coordinate and host the annual Matt Gillett Cup Rugby League tournament. This year we welcomed 650 students from 14 schools across southeast Queensland, with the inclusion of the tournaments first Junior Girls division.
Well done to all players from Mt Maria who participated in one of our four teams. Special mention to Mt Maria’s Junior and Senior Girls teams, with many students taking to the field to compete in their first Rugby League game for the College. With over 50 girls in the Rugby Program, we look forward to the continued growth of the girls program in 2025 with more opportunities to represent the College.
